The one with properties, teams, guest issues, investor calls, cash flow pressure, stalled projects, hard decisions, big dreams, and moments where the next step was anything but obvious.
I have built short-term rental portfolios across multiple markets.
I have built teams, systems, operating rhythms, guest experiences, and hospitality brands that had to work in real life, not just on paper.
I have also learned what happens when the business grows faster than the structure beneath it.
The business can be successful and still quietly take too much from the person who built it.
Sometimes the problem is operational. Sometimes it is energetic. Most of the time, it is both.
The system needs to mature and the founder needs to stop carrying what the business is ready to hold.
That is the work I do now.
